Perry Scott, Music Minister

After high school, Perry attended Moody Bible School in Chicago where he graduated from the Christian Education and Music course. He then served at McElwain Baptist in Birmingham, Alabama while attending Howard College (now Samford University). While in Birmingham, Perry met and married Anne Folsom who also was attending Samford University. They began their life together serving as the music team for West Woodlawn Baptist in Birmingham. Perry and Anne have also served in churches in Tennessee and Florida where Perry lead the music ministries while Anne was the church pianist or organist. In 1998, they finally settled here in Holtville, Alabama at Shoal Chreek Baptist where Perry has served as our Music Minister for 10 years.

Perry and Anne have three children; Phillip, Jeffrey, and Alicia, and seven grandchildren. All their children serve the Lord musically in their local churches.
