Description: Empty is defined as "vacant or unoccupied." Easter is "the annual Christian celebration in commemoration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ." The Scripture teaches us that "if Christ is not risen, then your faith is empty...but now Christ is risen from the dead!" Thus we have a full faith because there is an empty tomb and it became Empty on Easter!
Shoal Creek Baptist Church is going to celebrate the tomb being EMPTY on EASTER by our church campus being EMPTY on EASTER. That’s right EMPTY! Our campus will be empty to make room for you to come and worship with us. Where will we be? I am glad you asked. We will be at the new Holtville High School Gym/Auditorium waiting to greet you! You can expect a warm welcome, hot coffee and refreshments, wonderful fellowship, vibrant worship, and biblically sound preaching. So would you join with us and leave your home EMPTY as we leave our campus EMPTY so that we can gather together and celebrate the tomb that is EMPTY on EASTER?
